Youth Leadership Program: Shaping the Leaders of Tomorrow

Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is the key project by Combine Foundation, aimed at empowering youth with the practical skills that will help them emerge as future leaders of Pakistan. The program started in December 2025 with a motive to develop one of the largest leadership ecosystems in the country for youth.

The reaction to the program was shocking, as application came in from all over Pakistan. After a proper selection process involving an application and interviews, around 60 youth leaders were chosen to join the leadership journey of six months. The Youth Leadership Program follows a professionally organized system that promotes teamwork and leadership skills. This project follows a certain organizational framework, which includes Project Coordinators, Reporting Officers, Youth Leaders, and Volunteers.

Key Achievements: • 200+ volunteers onboarded by youth leaders • 25+ webinars successfully organized • 2,500+ participants engaged through webinar sessions • Participants joined from Pakistan and several international regions, including Gulf countries, Africa, Western nations, and academic communities worldwide • 10+ awareness campaigns executed • Multiple digital outreach campaigns conducted • Educational institution and school visits organized • An independent hackathon initiative launched by a youth leader • Partnerships and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) initiated with various organizations and student bodies

The uniqueness of the Youth Leadership Program is that it does not confine itself only to academic knowledge. Rather, volunteers and youth leaders get real tasks that are made to perform in such fields as leadership, team coordination, event organization, community interaction, etc.

Conclusion

Combine Foundation is determined to continue developing the program in terms of new initiatives, expanded activities, further education in leadership skills, etc. The Youth Leadership Program hopes to have empowered countless numbers of youth in Pakistan who are sure to be future successful leaders.
